これらはいずれも「幸せ」「幸運」といった訳が当てられますが、厳密には意味のズレがあります。
 
happyはfortunateとluckyの二つの意味を兼ねることができますが、happyをfortunateやluckyと入れ替えられない用例もあります。

（あなたが見聞きしたところでは、アルミサッシを取り付けた人達は満足していますか？）

これらのhappyはfortunateやluckyと入れ替えることはできません。
 
I am happy to meet you.はI am fortunate（lucky） to meet you.とは言いません。
 
「あなたのような方とお会いできて私は運がいい」は全く別の意味になり、初対面の人に使う必然性はまずありません。
