communicative と communicable の二つは「伝達可能」の意味を持ちますが、使い方には違いがあります。
communicative は easy to communicate （交流しやすい）ことで主として人の性質、またはそれを示す顔つきや雰囲気の形容に使います。
She has a communicative face.といえば、話しかけやすい顔（an open, sociable face）です。その反対はan incommunicative faceで、自分の殻に閉じこもった顔（a closed face）です。
My boss was incommunicative all morning but he was a bit relaxed in the afternoon.
（今朝部長はむっつりしていたが、午後には多少雰囲気が和らいでいた）
communicative は単に sociable だけでなく talkative（おしゃべり）の意味にもなります。
Don’t tell her this, she is far too communicative.
（彼女にこの話をするな。おしゃべりだから）
communicable の用法は communicable diseases （伝染病）にほぼ限られていて、infectious、contagious の同義語です。
The control of communicable diseases by penicillin has saved millions of lives which would have been before the war.
（戦前なら伝染病で失われたであろう何百万もの命が、ペニシリンのおかげで救われた）
