giddy
1 feeling unsteady, usu. in an unpleasant way, as though everything is moving round oneself and/or as though one is falling

dazed
to make unable to think or feel clearly, esp. by a shock or blow

英語類義語活用辞典の解説
dizzy、giddy、dazed のうち、最初の二つは目が回ってフラフラすることです。
二つともほぼ同じように使われますが、giddyのほうはvertigo（高所恐怖症）に近い感情を含み、dizzyよりも強めの表現になります。
またdizzyは「気が遠くなるような成功や出世」として、He was at the top of a dizzy success.といった使い方もします。これはgiddyと入れ替え可能ですが、その場合あまり同情的でないニュアンスが加わります。
They are just giddy, giggling girls.
（彼女らはゲラゲラ笑ってるだけの娘たちだ）
My wife is still a bit dizzy from our daughter’s recent success at the international piano concours.

上のdizzyは「頭を冷やす必要がある」という含みがあります。

dazedは、強い光線の直射を受けて目がくらむことで、シノニムはstunnedです。
